1.- Warming-up exercises:
        - Stretching
        - Muscle building

2.- Acrobatic techniques: floor exercises
        - Handstands, cartwheels, backward and
          forward somersaults, forming a chain
          of the movements.
        - Mini-trampoline: combinations of jumps.
        - Balancing.

3.- "Palanquina" applied to "portor". Aerial techniques,
     backward and forward.

4.- Learning a series of movements in a chain in order
     to put on a number with balanced acrobatic
     movements.

5.- Muscle building applied to the above movements.
